We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Made By Pain is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • customs
  • carrier issues

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • we cannot guarantee replacement or refund
  • additional shipping charges may apply


Lost or Stolen Packages

Made By Pain is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

However, we will do our best to assist you whenever possible.
