Refund & Return Policy

At Made By Pain, every product is made specifically for each customer after the order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:


Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide:

  • a replacement item
    or
  • a full refund

at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • normal wear and tear
  • delayed shipping caused by carriers
  • minor print placement variations


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Shipping Issues

Made By Pain is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issue.
